Very disappointed in the product - purchased them on 5-14-08 and on 5-28-08 the left screw came out - was not able to take them back to the dealer because I was on vacation for 2 weeks - took them back to the dealer where I bought them from on 6-9-08 and it took a week to get replacement screws from Maui Jim . The dealer repaired them the same day and I picked them up on 6-16-08 and on 6-21-08 the right screw came out. I paid $309 for these glasses not including tax and feel like I am getting the runaround. The dealer where I purchased them from is being as helpful as they can, but I feel Maui Jim should be honoring the 30 day return warranty. I am not asking for my money back just another pair of glasses that cost the same.

Ditto: I purchased glasses on 08/17 they failed on 9/14. Less than a month old and Maui Jim says it will cost me $10.00 to cover shipping. I am a sales rep for several product lines and respectable companies pay for their mistakes. NO MORE MAUI JIMS FOR ME.
